1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Works by Harrop website (harrop.works) and any purchases made through it. By using this website, you accept these terms in full.
2. Prints & Editions
All prints sold through this website are limited edition giclée prints, produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm paper. Each edition is limited to 24 prints per artwork.
Prints are signed by the artist and come with a certificate of authenticity. Edition numbers are allocated in order of purchase.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our e-commerce platform.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Prints are carefully packaged flat in rigid mailers to ensure safe delivery. We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location:
- United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
- Europe: 5-10 working days
- Rest of World: 10-21 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your print for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork displayed on this website is protected by copyright. The copyright in all images remains with the respective artists.
Purchasing a print grants you the right to display the work for personal use. It does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or any prints purchased through it.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
